How does this shipping biz work?

I try to post everything as soon as I can, but I also moonlight with a day-job to pay the bills, so postage can take a day or so.

Pottery is fragile. So I take a lot of care when packaging, and I always ship using registered post. Shipping starts at $10 for a small box, and up to $30 for a large box with multiple items. You'll get a total shipping cost when checking out. 

I'll let you know when I've posted it so you can keep an eagle eye on where it is. 

I love your stuff, but I don't live in Australia.

I've never let boundaries stop me from doing anything. I'll ship to most places, but please contact me to find out international shipping costs and times. 

I opened my package, but it's broken?

Ah crud, I'm sorry. I take a lot of care when packaging it but accidents happen. Please contact me and I'll sort something out. 

I've got something special in mind, but it's not in the store?

I'd love to work with you to create something special for your home. Please contact me and we can work together. This is a longer process and can take 3-4 weeks to finish (depending on the size of the job). 

I really love your products, but they are all sold out. How can I get some? 

I'm just one gal, producing small batches of items. If you love something, let me know and I'll get cracking on making something for you.
